In what spiritual season are you?

Understanding your spiritual season is essential to growing your faith and relationship with God.

If you don't respond to the changing times, your spiritual growth can slow down.

This is obviously something we don't want. Our whole life consists of growing, of using our gifts and talents for the Lord.

We are destined to bear fruit to make Him visible. John 15:8 says:By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

The greatness of the Father must be visible in us. Not long ago our associate pastor spoke of how nature makes God visible, but we as His disciples also make Him visible through the fruits we produce.

The quantity and quality of the fruit depends on the season we are in and how committed we are to that season.

When you work in your garden, you are not only planting, you are also watering and fertilizing the soil. You remove the obstacles, such as the weeds, and ensure that the plants have a chance to grow and produce fruit.

Each season of our lives is part of God's plan to make us as fruitful as possible and reveal His greatness.

Just as each season brings a change that we must respond to, God also has seasons when special events occur as part of His plan for our lives.

If we respond to them, we can expect blessings and favor.
